Runic Energy Work
I believe healing is not about escaping who you are but about discovering who you were meant to become.
Runic Energy Work is my signature healing modality, blending the restorative flow of traditional Usui Reiki with the ancient spiritual current of Run Valdr (Rune Reiki). This practice honors both the gentle wisdom of universal life force energy and the transfomative symbolism of the Elder Futhark, creating a deeply grounded path for healing, self-discovery, and personal soverignty.
Each session is intuitively guided. Reiki restores balance to the body's energetic system while runic energies are intentionally invoked to support your unique journey. Whether the work calls for protection, courage, clarity, release, resilience, or transformation, the runes serve as a living archetypes that help awake the strengths already in you.
