Our Philosophy
We bridge the ancient wisdom of the Norse Pagan tradition with modern energy work. Our approach is grounded in the power of runes and the gentle flow of Reiki, designed specifically for men seeking clarity and strength in a contemporary world.
Meet Eric
I help men reconnect with their strength, purpose, and authentic masculine energy through a unique blend of traditional Reiki energy work, runic magick, and Norse spiritual practice.

As a Reiki Master and rune practitioner, my work is centered on guiding men through healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. In a world where masculinity is misunderstood and distorted, I offer a path that honors both strength and vulnerability, power and wisdom.Â

Drawing inspiration from ancient Pagan traditions, I use energy work, runic guidance, and spiritual practices to help clients break free from limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and reclaim their personal sovereignty and cultivate a grounded, healthy masculine presence.Â

Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking deeper spiritual alignment, or simply looking to become the strongest version of yourself, I provide a sacred space for growth and transformation.

Like the runes carved by our ancestors, every man carries a hidden wisdom within him. My mission is to help you uncover it, embody it, and walk your path with confidence.
What is...
Runic Energy Work
I believe healing is not about escaping who you are but about discovering who you were meant to become.

Runic Energy Work is my signature healing modality, blending the restorative flow of traditional Usui Reiki with the ancient spiritual current of Run Valdr (Rune Reiki). This practice honors both the gentle wisdom of universal life force energy and the transfomative symbolism of the Elder Futhark, creating a deeply grounded path for healing, self-discovery, and personal soverignty.

Each session is intuitively guided. Reiki restores balance to the body's energetic system while runic energies are intentionally invoked to support your unique journey. Whether the work calls for protection, courage, clarity, release, resilience, or transformation, the runes serve as a living archetypes that help awake the strengths already in you.Â

The oak grows its roots deep before it reaches toward the sky. In the same way, lasting transformation begins by grounding yourself in truth before stepping fully into your power.

I had a rune reading with Eric, and I was genuinely impressed. He was incredibly easy to talk to and created a comfortable, welcoming space throughout the session. I was surprised by just how detailed the reading was. It went far beyond what I expected from runes and was remarkably accurate and insightful. The guidance resonated deeply with my current circumstances and gave me a lot to reflect on. I would absolutely recommend Eric to anyone considering a rune reading, whether it's your first experience or you've had readings before. I'm already looking forward to booking another session with him

Proven Paths
I recently had a Rune Reading with Eric. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I came to Eric with a specific question for the runes. He took the time to understand and explain what the runes showed him in a way that even someone like me with a basic understanding, could grasp. Eric made me feel at ease, pinpointed everything around my question and gave me a complete picture to help me understand the surrounding influences and energies.
I would recommend Eric to everyone! The runes go a lot deeper than you think and he is the one to relay the information!
